In this economy, no one really has any money, not even the fabled “Money Havers” that come down from their golden towers to feed on the poor and hungry at night.  Where did everything go wrong?  Was it Nixon taking us off the gold standard?  Was it Lucky Luciano shoveling dump trucks full of money into the ocean?  Whatever it was, we could all stand to learn a thing or two about where our money comes from, and what we should do with it.
