Cartoon Chaos: Gabby Goes Fishing (Short)

Wisemen spoke of a "man" who would return from a deep slumber from the magestic lands of the "garbage dumpster next to that really sleazy strip joint downtown".  He's back and he's ready to even the score.. of a mud eating contest.  The police can't touch him, not that they would, he's fairly gross to look at as it is.  The only hope you have in stopping him is mildly clean bath water.  "Constipation with frequent urination" has a new name and it's "Gabby".
