I was born February 4, 1995 in Portland, Oregon, to Nelson and Angela Pratt, whom, three years earlier, had Kathryn Pratt. All in all, my childhood was nothing too extraordinary, at least not in my eyes. I went to a regular public elementary school, made friends, made enemies, learned the difference between shinola and... well... that other stuff. I spent a great deal of my boyhood in my over-active imagination. I daydreamed, duskdreamed, nightdreamed, and dreamed every kind of dreaming you can think of. Eventually, I realized that such a wonderful dreamland should be complemented with an equally wonderful real world. So when it came time for the glorious Act II that is middle school/high school, I chose to go to a school that was everything but regular. With help from my parents, we found it. It was The Arts and Communications Magnet Academy, or ACMA for short. It was here that I could think the way my wacky, colorful landscape of a mind wanted to. Now, I make art everyday, with friends and teachers who share my enthusiasm for anything unusual and avant garde. Life's good!
Interests:Well, my first interest was dreaming, which lead to creativity, which lead to art, which lead to pretty much everything. But now, my primary interest is film directing/writing/producing/making in general. Words cannot describe how much I love cinema. My favorite movies include "Amadeus", "Blade Runner", "Some Like It Hot", "The Wizard of Oz", "Spartacus", "Tommy", and "Witness for the Prosecution". But then I also admire the clunkers that are so bad they're good. In this category, I'd include "Plan 9 from Outer Space", "Frankenstein Meets The Spacemonster", "First Spaceship On Venus", and "The Lost Skeleton of Cadavera". Of course there are movies that are so bad they're revolting. Here, I'd include "Manos: The Hands of Fate", "Werewolf", and every single Uwe Boll movie EVER MADE (oooh! It's fun to emphasize words by writing in all caps!). But when these kinds of stinkers come along, there are four horsemen who come to my rescue: Joel Hodgson, Michael J. Nelson, Kevin Murphy, and Bill Corbet (Hi, guys!). I also love Dark Horse Comics, "Family Guy", "Star Trek", Esquire Magazine, Elton John, Yes, Bob Dylan, The Who, The Residents, and Dire Straits. Oh, and Zooey Deschanel. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ZOOEY DESCHANEL (except in "The Happening". What was she thinking?).
