Q: What is an iRiff?
A: An iRiff is a home-made audio commentary that you can upload to the RiffTrax Store and sell to our thousands of daily visitors. You'll make 50% of the net revenue your iRiff generates, paid in quarterly installments on balances over $25.
Q: What do the different formats, NTSC and PAL, mean?
A: The short answer is that NTSC files are for people in North America, including the United States and Canada. PAL files are for users in regions other than Region 1, such as the United Kingdom and Australia. The long answer has to do with technical specifications of each format. NTSC and PAL have different framerates - meaning a PAL video actually is a bit faster than its NTSC counterpart, making it somewhat shorter. It's difficult to notice unless you have two versions of the same movie (or audio file) playing side-by-side; but eventually you'll notice the PAL version being ahead of the NTSC version. Sometimes the difference is as much as a few minutes! If you find that your mp3 file is constantly out of sync with the DVD you're watching, first make sure that you've downloaded the correct format of mp3 (NTSC for Region 1, PAL for elsewhere) and then check other things, such as the DVD version (Collector's Edition, Director's Cut, etc.) is correct for that mp3 file. After Neelix, holo-lungs. a hall of mirrors, and space clouds, Star Trek: Voyager finally decides to shape up and get serious when the crew discovers a wormhole that leads to the Alpha Quadrant.That's the good quadrant. Unable to fit through the wormhole, the crew instead tries to use it to send a message to a Romulan ship that, for some reason, is loitering around the other side. This is their chance to get messages to StarFleet and let everybody that they hope is worried about them know what's going on. BUT WAIT! Could they also beam to the other ship through the wormhole?! They've just GOTTA! Yes, after six long episodes, the Voyager crew is finally going to make it home! NO DOUBT ABOUT IT!

The QT guys ABSOLUTELY jumped into this feet-first and made this sucker shine. They have amazing chemistry and just seem to be having such a great time through the whole thing. I totally want to see them handle a Neelix episode now. My personal favorite lines (as I've mentioned in the forums) are probably (it's hard to choose) Tracy's ZZT! reaction when Kes kisses the Doctor, and Tristan's spot-on Romulan commander answering the question, 'Is your family with you in space?' '....No ....' (it's hilarious when you actually see it, though obviously it doesn't quite translate to the written word.)
Very very entertaining. YAY.

Great riff! I love the theme-song you guys sing for it at the beginning. Also, top-notch sound quality, and I really like the beeping as a means of keeping the track synced with the movie. All in all, this one is a must buy!
