Hor-RIFF-ic Productions has decided to spread the blood love, with their next sickeningly funny offering: My Bloody Valentine (1981).
Gary (I-don’t-like-to-be-touched) Slasher and his always lovely corpse bride Erin are more than willing to dissect this Canadian horror classic.
What do you need to make a horror movie in Canada?
- Beer - a lot of it.
- Miners - the less safety conscience the better.
- “Eh?” - a lot of them.
- Harmonicas - there can be only one!
- Women with low standards.
- And a dryer that can handle a severely unbalanced load.
Presented in mind-blowing 2D!!!
Hor-RIFF-ic Productions has gone the extra mile and is providing tracks to both the theatrical and uncut DVD versions of the original 1981 film. It must be loath love!
Be our bloody valentine and rate this track and be sure to leave you comments of love and adoration below.

Just in time for the holiday we present our 4th victim for your approval. We killed ourselves (for my wife it was redundant) to get this thing done in record time. And that included recording it twice due to the extended content. Whew! Hope you like it. Hosers.
Once again, thank god for riffing because My Bloody Valentine would be unwatchable without it. The Slashers do a great job and satisfy the need for Canadian, beer, and Valentine puns along with suprising (yet awesome) zingers. Great movie to watch with your special someone . . . as long as they like their valentines extra "rare."
Another funny release from Hor-RIFF-ic, this has some great lines in it. Go get an uncut DVD and treat yourself to some big laughs with this iRiff.
Highly recommended.
The movie itself (go ahead and get the extended version and see some really good special effects) has a goofy charm to it so you dont have suffer through a "Monster A-Go-Go" torture to get the laughs.
Once again, funny comments, well paced and very entertaining.
Now go purchase this, eh?
They did it again. Yet another great riff from the undead twosome..
Loved the Vader jokes. Highly recommend this track. 5/5.
Another fantastic trax from that great duo that is Hor-RIFF-ic Productions!
I have to admit, MBV has always been a favorite of mine as far as slashers go, but knowing how great the trio of previous horror riffs were, I went with this one and was pleasantly rewarded! While not as pants-wettingly funny as "Sleepaway Camp" or "Children of the Corn", this one was still every bit as fun and entertaining as could be... The running gags were neither overused or underused (I loved the entire 'vader' bit), and the material never dried up or got tiring.
Honestly? I'm a long time horror fan. My mother and I are long time MST3k fans. And everything Hor-RIFF-ic Productions has done so far is everything we've wanted for a great Friday night! Just like the other trax, this one's a film we'll be revisiting again, and soon!
Keep up the excellent work! I eagerly await to see what you folks'll be up to next!
We'd just like to take a moment to say thanks to all our fans, and to those that commented and rated our products. In the wake of all the stress with the contest and everything else we realized that making just a few people laugh is worth more than any recognition we ever get. If we make you laugh then we are eternally pleased and happy you took a chance on us. We won't let you down...or eat your brain. Promise.
These are the guys to watch. Very funny stuff
Very funny riff!
Are there any jokes in there short version of the rifftrack that ate not in the extended? I have a dial-up modem and it would be a pain to download the short version if there is no additional material on it.
