Q: What is an iRiff?
A: An iRiff is a home-made audio commentary that you can upload to the RiffTrax Store and sell to our thousands of daily visitors. You'll make 50% of the net revenue your iRiff generates, paid in quarterly installments on balances over $25.
Q: What do the different formats, NTSC and PAL, mean?
A: The short answer is that NTSC files are for people in North America, including the United States and Canada. PAL files are for users in regions other than Region 1, such as the United Kingdom and Australia. The long answer has to do with technical specifications of each format. NTSC and PAL have different framerates - meaning a PAL video actually is a bit faster than its NTSC counterpart, making it somewhat shorter. It's difficult to notice unless you have two versions of the same movie (or audio file) playing side-by-side; but eventually you'll notice the PAL version being ahead of the NTSC version. Sometimes the difference is as much as a few minutes! If you find that your mp3 file is constantly out of sync with the DVD you're watching, first make sure that you've downloaded the correct format of mp3 (NTSC for Region 1, PAL for elsewhere) and then check other things, such as the DVD version (Collector's Edition, Director's Cut, etc.) is correct for that mp3 file. Gary and Erin slayed me again
Once again Hor-riff-ic proves not only can slashers be riffed they can be riffed really, really well. The easy and fun feel they have is one of the best things about Hor-riffics tracks and this is possibly the most perfect example, many great laugh out loud moments and jut a joy overall for horror fans and non-fans alike.
Watch Out for Perv Traps!!!
On to Part II. This one actually starts off a bit slow. The movie begins with a lame, tacked-on flashback to bring the viewer "up-to-speed" regarding the ending of Part I. Anyway, the Hor-RIFF-ic duo reluctantly decides to let their pal Satan riff the flashback. It's a cool idea and funny for the most part but the voice processing results in a couple of his lines being hard to understand. After about five minutes of flashback, Satan is keen on riffing the rest of the movie but Gary puts a quick kibosh on his aspirations which makes for a very funny moment. The real "story" of Part II kicks in and the duo falls right back into form.
The rhythm and pacing of the riffs is improved over Part I, which had a few sparse spots. The duo even addresses the inherent dead-spots in horror movies when one of the two attempts a lame riff in an utterly unriffable moment and is promptly ridiculed by the other. You have to watch the riff of Part I because a bunch a jokes call back to the first movie. These include some of the better riffs (just thinking about the 'peaches' riff makes me chuckle.) These guys also have a real knack for riffing credits. There is some very clever, older MST3K-style name riffing over the opening credits. Like Part I, there is great chemistry between the two riffers which brings a genuine quality to the delivery.
Favorite laugh-out-loud moments:
The Dennis the Menace riff.
The recurring menstruation riffs.
"Perv traps!"
The Alfred Hitchcock Presents riff - this is downright inspired, by the way.
For what it's worth, I highly recommend this iRiff. Very good stuff!

Another good one - really enjoyed it! I have Bloody Valentine and Sleepaway camp in my netflix que and plan to get the Hor-RIFF-ic riffs for them next.

Don't Kill the Dog!
(at least some horror movies still follow this rule).
Another really funny effort on a movie that really deserves it. This movie is so lazy, it forgets there are over a dozen camp counselors and only focuses on a few of them. Where did all the others go? Did a space ship beam them up?
Full of funny jokes that get better with repeated watchings.

Fun way to unwind after work, that's for damn sure. This is both the best sounding and funniest riff I've bought from you guys so far. Several laugh out loud moments, even from Satan!

God I love these two. Even Satan gets to riff a bit. So many great jokes. They have had great riffs every time and this is one of their best. 5/5
