Q: What is an iRiff?
A: An iRiff is a home-made audio commentary that you can upload to the RiffTrax Store and sell to our thousands of daily visitors. You'll make 50% of the net revenue your iRiff generates, paid in quarterly installments on balances over $25.
Q: What do the different formats, NTSC and PAL, mean?
A: The short answer is that NTSC files are for people in North America, including the United States and Canada. PAL files are for users in regions other than Region 1, such as the United Kingdom and Australia. The long answer has to do with technical specifications of each format. NTSC and PAL have different framerates - meaning a PAL video actually is a bit faster than its NTSC counterpart, making it somewhat shorter. It's difficult to notice unless you have two versions of the same movie (or audio file) playing side-by-side; but eventually you'll notice the PAL version being ahead of the NTSC version. Sometimes the difference is as much as a few minutes! If you find that your mp3 file is constantly out of sync with the DVD you're watching, first make sure that you've downloaded the correct format of mp3 (NTSC for Region 1, PAL for elsewhere) and then check other things, such as the DVD version (Collector's Edition, Director's Cut, etc.) is correct for that mp3 file. Emergency! Red Alert! Patty please advise! Patty please respond! All Patty report to duty stations! Patty ASSEMBLE!!! A seemingly-dramatic recreation has broken out in the San Fernando Valley, threatening the lives and livelyhoods of simple farm-folk. All this seen through the eyes...of our narrator. Not so much through young Patty Garmen as the title might suggest. Yes, contorted irks may occur to the confused stylings of announcer Don McNamara, who apparently read the 'gag' copy all through the recording session.
Kids, though, will feel highly empowered towards the end of this short.This was the case for many atomic-era educationals. Why the child in you will feel the call to duty against the flaming red menace that endangers all.The slavic, borscht-eating inferno. The billows of vodka-swilling godlessness. Needing to be stamped out and doused upon by big, American hoses! But, then we'll all learn Patty's big lesson,..and fart at it.
So grab your axe and keep down low. 'The Turkey Shoot' is about to roll from the station. Oh,..and watch-out for the backdraft. I think it's like..fire..or..something.
Unique style
This was a very funny riff, in a very different way from most of the others out there. You have an interesting riffing style and a good voice for it. Basically all silly voices and schticking. If you do a movie, I'd suggest getting somebody else in there to balance you out, but for shorts you don't need to worry about it. Great work!

I was losing hope in iRiffs before your riff. The jokes were either laugh-out-loud hilarious or I didn't get them at all, so it's a little hard to rate, but I definitely enjoyed it greatly. Your riffing reminds me of what I liked about Joel.
Good thing and Bad thing review!
Good thing: Many quips are hilarious and well-timed; a very serious short needing a good deflating. Bad thing: I don't think there's a 15-second gap between riffs. It's literally non-stop. Overall: A very nice addition to any riff library.
